Choosing a field’s input style
Each field’s settings include an Input style picker. This controls how the field looks and behaves when someone fills your form.
The styles on offer depend on the field’s type, and their names in Air Fill differ from the ones you know in Airtable. For a single-select field you can choose:
- Choices Bar — a segmented control.
- Choice Cards — larger, tappable cards.
A multi-select field shows its options as Choice Chips.
If a style you saw on one field isn’t offered on another, that’s expected: styles are tied to the field type. Other types bring their own styles too, such as Rating or Date & Time.
