A Form Flow is a saved sequence of separate forms. Submitting one form advances to the next in the order you set, with an optional Continue or Finish along the way.
The flow is an Air Fill concept, so Airtable doesn’t see it as a single thing. Each form in the flow still writes its own records, exactly as it would on its own — the flow just decides which form comes next.
