Sometimes your Airtable access stops working. Maybe you retired the token yourself, or Airtable revoked it (you’ll see a 401). When that happens, Air Fill does not delete anything.
What stays
Your forms keep their full definitions, and any answers you’ve already entered are still there. Nothing is removed on your device.
What you’ll see
The affected form shows a needs reconnection gate until you restore access. This is not the same as a plain “you’re offline” message — offline is temporary and clears on its own. A reconnection gate means the access itself needs your attention: re-authorize, and the gate lifts.
If you removed a connection
Removing a connection wipes the stored token from Air Fill. The form still remembers which base it was built for, so it starts working again as soon as you reconnect that base.
In every case, nothing is lost. You just re-authorize, and your forms and answers are exactly where you left them.
