Air Fill keeps a cached copy of your table’s fields and select options so your forms load quickly. That means changes you make in Airtable don’t appear on their own. When you add or rename a field, or add a new select option, tap Refresh fields from Airtable in the form editor to pull the latest schema in.
When a field is deleted in Airtable
If you delete a field in Airtable, its row in the editor turns red and reads No longer in Airtable — swipe to remove. This is expected — it’s Air Fill telling you the schema changed, not an error. On the form itself, that field is quietly hidden and left out of the submission, so you can clear it whenever you’re ready by swiping the row away.
