Ready to use today
- Keep filling when there’s no signal Every entry saves on the device and sends itself the moment you reconnect.
- Signature capture Sign with a finger or Apple Pencil; it saves straight to the record.
- Tap big cards to choose, and the form moves you on Single- and multi-select become large cards and chips sized for real fingers, and choosing one carries you to the next field.
- Break a long form into pages you swipe through A long form becomes a handful of short pages with Back and Next, so the person filling it always knows where they are.
- Edit a record, not just create a new one Pick an existing record, change what needs changing, and save — only the fields you touched are written.
- Start a form from your Home Screen Add a widget for one form, a grid of your forms, or a whole Form Flow, and one tap opens it ready to fill.
- Run a set of forms as one guided session Line up the forms an intake needs and run them in order, carrying the work forward from one to the next.
- Show each field only when it applies Reveal a field on a single value or on nested all/any conditions — or show it only while it’s still empty.
- Send people straight to the pages that apply Give a whole page its own rule, and the people it doesn't apply to never see it. The form carries them on to the next page that does.
- Create a record and its linked records in one submit One form can create a parent record and the linked children that belong to it, across several tables, in a single submit.
- Find, filter, and create the records you link to Search a big table, look a record up by ID, read links by name, and create a new one without leaving the form.
- Limit a linked field to just the records that qualify Set a condition on a linked field and its picker offers only the records that match, so people reach a short, correct list.
- Add a new choice without leaving the form Need an option that isn’t in your base yet? Add it inline, and it’s created in your Airtable field when you submit.
- Recurring records open already filled in The date, a value you just copied, and the answers you gave last time are waiting when the form opens.
- Watch the total add up as you fill A field does the math from your other answers and updates as you type, so you see the number before you submit.
- Know the moment a record lands, and pass it on A native push reaches your phone the instant a record is created, and the same submission can carry on to the tools you already run.
- Keep a record’s files when you update it Open a record to edit, and the photos and signatures already on it are right there — keep what you want, drop the rest, add more.
- Scan a code and the value lands in the field Aim your iPhone camera at a barcode, QR code, or serial number and it drops straight into the field, exactly as printed.
- Save a draft and pick up where you left off Stop mid-form and come back later with every answer you typed still there.
- Forms open the instant you tap them, signal or not A form you’ve opened before comes up right away and keeps opening with no signal, so it starts the moment you tap.
- Every submission logged right on your phone Keep a running history of what you’ve submitted, on the device, and send again anything that didn’t make it.
- Only the fields you pick A form shows exactly the fields you added, and nothing else in the base.
- Open a form from Siri, Shortcuts, or a link Say a form’s name to Siri, run it from a Shortcut, or open it pre-filled from a link.
On the way
In development now. We’ll move these up as they ship.
- One answer narrows the next set of choices In development Pick a project and see only its tasks; pick a region and see only its sites.
- Validation that catches bad data In development Match a format or require a unique value, and catch mistakes as they’re typed.
- Share a form with anyone, on the plan you already have In development The person you send a form to opens the link and fills it in — the form is all they touch.
- Start on one device, pick up on another In development Build a form on your iPad and it’s already waiting on your iPhone, carried over your own iCloud.
- Give a client a form that’s theirs to run In development Hand a client a form they can restyle and run under their own brand while the source, fields, and logic stay in your hands.
