When one choice sets up the next, a form gets shorter and easier to get right. We’re building cascading selects so the options someone sees always depend on what they picked a moment before. Choose a project, and the task list narrows to that project’s tasks. Choose a region, and only its sites show up.

Airtable’s built-in forms show everyone the full list every time, which means scrolling past choices that don’t apply. Air Fill will filter each field down to what actually fits, so people pick from a short, relevant set and their answers stay clean. It’s still in development, and we’re working to make the linking quick to set up.
