The form you fill ten times a day should be sitting where your thumb already is. Air Fill’s Home Screen widgets put it there, and tapping one opens the form ready to fill.
There are three to choose from. The small Form widget holds the one form you pick, in that form’s own color. The Forms widget comes in medium and large and lays out a grid of six or twelve forms, pinned forms first, so the ones you’ve marked as important are always in reach. The Flow widget starts a whole Form Flow and shows how many steps it has, so you know what you’re starting before you tap.
For a crew, that means the one form they fill all day is a single tap from the Home Screen, and an intake that runs across several forms starts just as easily. The Form widget works on every plan. Pinning forms and Form Flows are part of Pro.
