A form should only ask what applies to the person in front of it. Show a shipping address once someone picks “deliver,” or surface an escalation note only while it’s still empty. When the earlier answers line up, a whole block of fields can appear. Whoever’s filling it in sees a short, relevant form, and you get cleaner records back.

Airtable’s forms show every field to everyone. Air Fill gives each field its own rule: always shown, kept hidden but still submitted, shown when your conditions match, or shown only while it’s empty. Conditions combine with all or any, and you can group them and nest a group inside another for the finer cases.

The same logic runs across your sections, hiding a page of fields when they don’t apply, and it can hold the Submit button until the form’s conditions pass. What lands in your base is complete.
