Open a record to make a change and everything you already put there comes with it. Your photos show up as thumbnails, other files sit as named chips you can read at a glance, and the signature stays exactly as it was signed. You start with the record as it stands.
From there you work with what’s already in place. Tap to remove a photo that’s out of date, add new files beside the ones that stay, or re-sign when the signature has changed. Everything you don’t touch stays put, and each pass builds on the record you already have.
Open the same entry as often as you need, and change only the part you came to change. A quick fix stays a quick fix, because the rest of the record is still exactly where you left it.
