Some intakes take more than one form. A new client, their project, and its first task each need their own, and they belong in a set order. In Airtable, every form stands on its own, so you fill one, return to the base, and open the next from the top. Air Fill runs the whole set as one guided pass.
Line up the forms the intake needs and each arrives as its own step, labeled clearly as Step N of N, with a Continue that carries you through to Finish. What you capture early comes with you: a value, a signature, or a photo from the first step lands ready in the later ones that call for it, so the same detail never gets keyed twice.
A step can also open an existing record to edit partway through, so a session that’s busy creating records can pause to update one when the work calls for it.
