You’re partway through a form and realize the option you need isn’t in the field yet. Instead of stopping to go edit your base, you type it right there in the form and keep going.

Airtable’s select fields only offer the choices you’ve already defined, so the usual fix is to leave what you’re doing, add the option to the field, and come back. When you build a form in Air Fill, you can let the person filling it add their own single- or multi-select options on the spot. They enter the new choice in the field, and on submit it’s written straight to your Airtable field. The form then refreshes so it knows the option is there for the next entry.

Creating a new choice writes to Airtable as it happens, so you’ll want a connection at that moment. And it’s free.
