A single-select field only offers the choices already defined in your base, so a form is only ever as complete as the list behind it. The moment someone needs a value that isn’t there yet, they’re stuck: pick something close but wrong, leave it blank, or stop filling and go edit the field in the base before they can finish. It’s a small gap, but it’s the kind that turns a two-minute form into a detour.
Air Fill closes it. Turn on new options for a select field, and the person filling the form can add the choice they need right where they need it. They keep going, submit, and the new option is written straight to your Airtable field along with their response.
Your list grows straight from the values people actually reach for, and the people closest to the work can finish in one sitting.
