Every Air Fill form has its own link. Tap it and the form opens on your phone, ready to fill, straight from Safari, a message, or a note where you saved it.

Wire that same link into a Shortcut and the form becomes a Home Screen button. A field tech taps “Log a job,” and Air Fill opens the intake form with the site name and today’s date already filled, so they just add what’s new. Pass values in the link and they land in the right fields before the form even appears.

It turns a form you’d otherwise hunt for into one that’s a tap away, waiting where the work happens.
