We’re building Air Fill to open recurring forms already filled in. The date is set, the value you just copied is in place, and the answers you gave last time are sitting there, ready for you to confirm.

Say you log the same delivery to the same table every Friday. Rather than retyping the supplier, the route, and today’s date, you open the form and most of it is already there. Check it over, adjust the one thing that changed, and submit.

Airtable’s forms start blank every time, which is fine for a one-off and slow for a routine. When smart prefill ships, the repeat work will mostly be done before you touch the keyboard, and a weekly task you used to dread will take a few seconds.
