When someone submits an Airtable form, the record lands in your base and stops there. Nothing reaches your phone, and nothing nudges the next tool along, until you leave the form and build a separate automation on the web to carry it forward.
We’re working on a native answer inside Air Fill. It will let you know the moment a record lands and pass it on from where you already are, so a new submission becomes something you actually notice.
That work is in development now. When it ships, the gap between a form submit and the rest of your day closes on its own.
