After you submit a Creates records form, the confirmation can offer Edit this record — a shortcut straight into editing the row you just made.
When it appears
It shows only if you also have an Edits records form for that same base and table. If you don’t see it, you haven’t built a matching edit form yet.
From your History
The same Edit this record action is also available from an item in your History.
