Connecting to Airtable

Building a form
- Build your first form Create a form from one of your Airtable tables, adjust the fields, and save it — in a few taps.
- Choose your form’s layout Pick how your form's sections are displayed, without changing a single field.
- Share a prefilled form link (or import one from Airtable) Send a link with answers already filled in, or bring an existing Airtable prefill URL into your form.
- Refresh a form’s fields and choices from Airtable Pull in new fields and select options after you change your table in Airtable.
Fields & inputs
- Choosing a field’s input style The input styles you can pick depend on the field's type, so the options change from field to field.
- Default value vs. prefill A default gives a field a starting value, but a prefill or deep-link value takes priority over it.
- Let people add a choice while filling Turn on option-adding so respondents can enter a choice that isn't in the list yet, and know that Air Fill saves it to your base.
- Let people pick an existing record or create a new one Turn any linked-record field into either a picker for existing records or a mini form that creates new ones as people fill.
- Set date defaults and limits Give a date field a starting value and control which dates people can choose.
- Collect a signature Signature is an input style for an Attachment field, and it saves the signature back to Airtable as a PNG.
- Add a photo or file-upload field Collect photos and files by adding an Attachment field and choosing the File Upload input style.
- Fill a field by scanning a barcode Scan to fill is a per-field toggle you turn on, not a separate field type.
- Why formula, rollup, and lookup fields don’t appear Air Fill shows the fields it can write to, so fields Airtable calculates for you are left out on purpose.
Advanced logic & flows
